Dinkelkakor med solrosfrö

De här småkakorna är verkligen supergoda! Lite sega, knapriga och lagom söta.

Till ca 20 kakor:
3 dl dinkelmjöl (siktat)
2 dl grahamsmjöl
3/4 dl råsocker
1 tsk bakpulver
1 msk vaniljsocker
1 ½ dl solrosfrön

1 dl rapsolja
½ dl vatten
½ dl sirap

Blanda de torra ingredienser och blanda sedan i de blöta. Forma små bollar som du lägger på en plåt med smörpapper under. Tryck sedan ut bollarna lite lätt och grädda i ugnen, 15 minuter, 175 grader.

That's great Anonym! They are supposed to be crunchy and tasty so I think you made them just right :)

When I google translated dinkel, spelled was the result. Does that sound right to you?
